We understand things happen…plans change… and not always 72 hours in advance. We want our clients to have the same peace of mind when making future travel plans, as they do leaving their fur kids with us while they are gone.

Our Reservation Insurance allows you to cancel a reservation, at any time without penalty!

 

How it Works

Make your online reservation, then click the Buy Insurance Now button on this page. You can pre-pay via PayPal or any major credit card 

 

Cost

Non-holiday Reservations-$25/reservation*

Holiday Reservations- $50/reservation*

*$10 extra for multiple fur kids

 

Please Note: Holiday Reservations Include

  • New Year’s Day, including the weekend before or after
  • Easter Weekend, Friday through Monday
  • Spring Break (first full week of April), including the weekend before and after
  • Memorial Day, including the weekend before
  • 4th of July, including the weekend before or after
  • Labor Day, including the weekend before
  • Thanksgiving, including the weekend after
  • Christmas Day, including the weekend before and after

 

If Reservation Insurance isn’t for you, just a reminder of our cancellation/change policy.

Non-holiday reservations must be cancelled/changed 72 hours prior to drop off day and time, or you will be charged for any days of the reservation we cannot fill. This includes early pick up of your pet.

Holiday reservations cannot be cancelled without penalty. You will be charged for any days of the reservation we cannot fill.

 

 

It’s no fun for us when we have to charge clients for cancelled reservations, so we offer reservation insurance as a commitment to our clients to offer the very best in customer service and to maintain a valued relationship.
