PROVIDED ALL DUE AND DILIGENT CARE IS EXERCISED AT AT ALL TIMES:

I hereby waive and release Dogs Bay North and Dogs Bay Inc, and its employees from any and all liability of any nature to any persons or dogs, including my own dog.

I agree to the following:

- I understand the training is $25/session. A training session will total 40 minute a day of one-on-one training with Dogs Bay North Trainer, Jonathan Wallington, and includes a daily update on your dog\\\'s progress.

- I understand training is a mutual commitment between pet owner and trainer, and there will be homework. I understand for maximum results, I must do my part.

- I understand training days must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be via email to dogsbaynorth@gmail.com 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee.
