You begin by filling out our online reservation form and detailed pet profile. You will be customizing how you would like the time spent with your pets with options like walks, enrichment, cuddles/brush n hugs, etc. We also offer additional services like home care (check mail, bring in newspaper, water plants, take garbage to the road, etc.) There are never any extra charges for extra services or more than one pet as long as the services can be rendered in the time slot you’ve selected.

 

Once you fill out the online reservation form, the office team will confirm your reservation and assign you a Team Member who will call to schedule your Meet & Greet appointment (free of charge!) At the Meet & Greet, your Team Member will get acquainted with your pets, their routines, feeding/med schedules, etc. Safety is number one here at Dogs Bay and we abide by the Data Protection Act: Your personal information, keys, codes, etc. are all safe and sound with us and will be discussed in detail at your Meet & Greet. For security measures, your Team Member will be in Dogs Bay uniform.
