After 21 years of training dogs, I have decided to retire Dogs Bay Training to focus on the continued growth and success of the daycare, boarding and grooming end of my business.Â

Robert Crough, Owner and founder of Paradigm Dog School is a highly respected and sought-after professional dog trainer. Bob has dedicated his entire life to the field of dog training and behavior. He is a Certified Dog Trainer, Dog Behavior Expert, Pack Rehab Specialist, member of the Association of  Professional Dog Trainers, AKC., has logged over 35,000 hours working within canine packs, and even made appearances on TV and radio shows. He studied Animal biology at Grand Valley State University, and continues to study with the worlds top professionals and tv personalities! Training dogs and people across the United States and even overseas to be the best companions and owners.
